Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, product(s) can be returned/exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please call us at +44-2070-199057 or WhatsApp your query at +971 56 854 5429 along with the pictorial proof/images of the received article(s).
We will share a free return label with you so you can send us your return item(s).
Please Note:
- Return/exchange available within 14 days from the date of delivery
- Share pictorial proof/images of the received item(s)
- Item(s) must be unused and tagged in original condition
- Item(s) must be returned through a Free Return Label within 14 days once issued
- Facilitation can be given after successful QC of the returned item(s) only
- Our customer service is available from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm UK time.
Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange and if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part, please contact our Customer Services Team by emailing us pictorial proof/images of the defected item(s) at customerservice@image1993.com or by calling us at +44-2070-199057 within14 days from the date of delivery. We will share a free return label with you to return the item(s).
Please note that refunds are processed within 30 days from the time we receive your package at our local UK Warehouse.
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, IMAGE holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity, or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
